And then we moved to Oregon....

What?! I know, right?  It's true.  

You thought we'd never actually pull the trigger.  Honestly, we weren't sure we would either...I mean, who could leave that beautiful California coast? That sunshine? Not to mention our amazing friends, and our happy little house?

Well, we had our hearts set on some property. I mean real property.  Where we can have our horse again, and some chickens, and a milk cow... ok maybe I'm getting ahead of myself. We wanted room to run around and expand our family *gasp*...getting ahead of myself again.  

The flashing arrows pointed towards Oregon and as luck would have it (and with the help of some diligence), we were given an opportunity to make our long term goal a reality. As scary and hard as the thought of leaving was, we just couldn't pass it up! This little California-grown family crammed all our stuff (and it was surprisingly a lot....a LOT) into a massive moving truck and so began our exodus.

The B's are off to Oregon!

It's our latest adventure and we hope to be able to share it with our friends and family throughout the Golden State, who have given us the most precious, long-lasting friendships.

Guys and girls, the flight from San Jose to Portland is less than an hour and a half, so when you can't stand the heat and/or drought any longer, we hope you'll come pay us a visit on our future homestead!  When we get tired of the cold and rain, we hope to come back to our California roots as well.  In the time between when we see you again you'll be in our hearts, and only a phone call or Facebook post away!
